Wordpress 默认使用 apache 的 URL 改写，一般修改.htaccess 文件即可。如果使用 nginx+php-fpm 模式的服务器，需要自己进行重写 URL。 nginx+php-fpm 模式下，Yoast SEO 和 Google Sitemap Generator 两款 Sitemap 插件可以使用一下配置实现 Nginx 对 SitemapURL 的重写。
